Our aluminum plastic separation equipment adopts dry high‑voltage electrostatic separation technology, which physically separates aluminum from various aluminum‑plastic composite waste including ACP panels, medical blister packs and toothpaste tubes. Without water, chemicals or incineration, it achieves a separation purity of more than 99%. The whole production line is PLC automatically controlled, equipped with pulse dust removal system. Recovered aluminum powder and plastic powder can be sold directly as reusable raw materials, offering an eco‑friendly turnkey recycling solution.
