Parameter
Step 1: Automatic Feeding Bundled waste wires, cables and automotive harnesses are conveyed automatically into the production line for continuous feeding.
Step 2: Pre-shredding Large bundled cables and thick wires are pre-shredded into short segments by dual-shaft shredder, convenient for subsequent fine crushing.
Step 3: Fine Crushing The pre-shredded wire segments go into the granulator for secondary shear crushing, to strip copper core from plastic insulation.
Step 4: Magnetic Separation Magnetic separator removes ferrous impurities mixed in materials to protect downstream sorting equipment.
Step 5: Vibrating Screening & Airflow Gravity Sorting Materials are screened and separated by density difference via vibrating screen and air classifier. Copper granules are separated preliminarily from plastic flakes.
Step 6: Electrostatic Separation & Final Material Recovery Electrostatic separator conducts deep purification. Final products are high-purity copper granules and plastic flakes, available for direct recycling and resale.
