Henan Dongyu Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. has obtained the official grant of the utility model patent "A Lithium Battery Crusher" (Patent No. ZL 202420198887.9, Publication No. CN221433252U) from the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA). This marks another independent intellectual property achievement in lithium battery crushing and recycling equipment.
The patented lithium battery crusher consists of a support platform and centralized discharging mechanism. The crushing chamber is equipped with a feeding hopper at the top and a discharge bin at the bottom. Inside the chamber, the main shaft drives the crushing rotor fitted with cutter shafts and hammer pieces. Adopting fan centralized discharging design, the machine effectively prevents dust leakage during crushing, reduces dust pollution in lithium battery shredding processes and improves working conditions.
With compact structural design, the combined rotor and hammer assembly achieves efficient crushing of retired power batteries and consumer lithium batteries.
