Combined impact & shearing crushing structure. Equipped with high wear-resistant alloy hammers and liners. It efficiently separates aluminum from iron, plastic and rubber strips, minimizing entrapped impurities. Output size is controllable without excessive fine powder, greatly improving the efficiency of eddy current separation.
Intelligent anti-jam reverse protection system. If uncrushable hard objects enter the crushing chamber, the machine will reverse automatically to protect rotor and main shaft, cutting unplanned downtime and supporting 24h continuous operation.
Modular wear parts design. Hammers, liners and screens are modular for fast disassembly and replacement, saving maintenance time and long-term operating cost. Different screen sizes can be swapped to adjust output particle size according to raw materials.
Sealed & noise-reduced structure. Optimized chamber sealing reduces dust emission and operation noise, complying with international environmental standards. It can be matched with magnetic separator and eddy current separator to build integrated aluminum crushing & sorting lines.
Field test result: For thermal break aluminum mixed scrap, aluminum-iron liberation rate is greatly improved. Higher aluminum purity reduces melting loss and raises profit per ton of recycled aluminum.
