Rotary Oxygen-Free Pyrolysis Furnace is a continuous sealed high-temperature pyrolysis equipment. The slowly rotating kiln drum turns and stirs materials evenly. Under fully oxygen-isolated sealed conditions, organic solid waste undergoes complete thermal decomposition. Raw materials go through drying, pyrolysis and carbonization, converted into syngas, pyrolysis oil, solid carbon and recyclable metals. It realizes harmless treatment, volume reduction and resource recovery of waste.It handles spent lithium batteries, oil sludge, waste plastic, tires, biomass straw, industrial hazardous waste and municipal sludge. Multiple heating modes (gas, diesel, electromagnetic heating) optional, customized full system for different capacity demands.
