Shipment of Lithium Battery Crushing & Sorting Equipment to Vietnam

October 9, 2026, Henan, China — Following the booming development of Southeast Asia’s new energy recycling industry, our company has successfully completed the packaging, container loading and official shipment of a full set oflithium battery crushing and sorting equipment for our long-term cooperative client in Vietnam. The complete production line will be shipped by sea to Vietnam to support the local standardized and environmentally friendly recycling of retired lithium batteries.

In recent years, Vietnam’s new energy vehicle and energy storage markets have expanded rapidly, generating a growing volume of waste and retired lithium batteries. Local markets are in urgent need of high-efficiency, safe, and environmentally friendly physical recycling production lines to realize resource regeneration and meet increasingly strict local environmental supervision standards. Against this market background, our customer customized a complete dry-process lithium battery recycling solution to upgrade their existing battery recycling production capacity.

The equipment shipped this time covers the full-process core equipment including automatic feeding system, sealed crushing unit, multi-stage screening system, magnetic separation and eddy current separation equipment, as well as supporting negative pressure dust removal and tail gas purification systems. Adopting mature oxygen-free dry physical separation technology, the production line can process various types of waste lithium batteries, including ternary lithium batteries and LFP batteries, efficiently separating high-purity copper, aluminum and black mass materials, with a comprehensive resource recovery rate of over 98%.

Different from traditional manual dismantling and wet-process recycling, our equipment features full closed operation, low energy consumption, zero secondary pollution and high safety performance. Equipped with a nitrogen inert protection system, it effectively avoids thermal runaway, fire and explosion risks during battery crushing and sorting, fully complying with EU environmental standards and Vietnam’s local waste recycling emission regulations. The modular design enables flexible capacity adjustment and easy on-site installation and commissioning, perfectly adapting to the production demands of medium and large-scale lithium battery recycling plants in Southeast Asia.

Before shipment, our technical team conducted comprehensive factory testing, machine debugging and equipment inspection to ensure stable operation of every unit. Meanwhile, we completed standardized export packaging and container loading to prevent damage during long-distance maritime transportation. After the equipment arrives at the Vietnam port, our professional after-sales team will provide overseas on-site installation guidance, equipment commissioning and operator technical training services to ensure the production line is put into formal and stable operation as soon as possible.

This successful shipment to Vietnam marks another solid step in our company’s overseas market layout in Southeast Asia. In the future, we will continue to focus on the technological iteration and quality upgrading of lithium battery recycling equipment, provide customized turnkey recycling solutions for global customers, and contribute to the green and sustainable development of the global new energy battery recycling industry.
