This turnkey production line is designed for processing defective factory panels and retired utility-scale PV modules, with a processing capacity of 800kg per hour.
The client runs a local renewable waste treatment facility. Facing growing volumes of scrapped solar modules and tightening landfill restrictions, the client aimed to build a closed-loop recycling system to extract reusable raw materials instead of sending panels to landfills. After multiple rounds of technical communication and factory inspection, they selected our physical dismantling solution for stable operation and low running cost.
This PV recycling line integrates our patented flexible frame removal unit. It strips aluminum frames without breaking glass, keeping aluminum purity above 99%. The EVA layer separation section uses low-damage mechanical peeling technology, avoiding toxic gas generated by high-temperature pyrolysis in some outdated processes. Equipped with pulse dust collection and multi-layer vibrating screening, the system separates glass, silicon cells, copper and plastic efficiently. Only 1–2 operators are required for continuous running, greatly cutting labor expenditure compared with manual workshops.
Our equipment supports flexible customization. We can adjust line throughput, add metal fine separation modules or design container-type mobile recycling stations according to site conditions and target material outputs. Before delivery, all machines pass full-load continuous running tests inside our workshop to reduce on-site commissioning risks.
