Our R&D team has achieved a key milestone in lithium battery separation and recycling. The newly optimized intelligent dry-type lithium battery separation system solves major bottlenecks of traditional wet recycling equipment: high water consumption, secondary pollution and unstable separation accuracy. It greatly boosts recovery efficiency and material purity for waste lithium batteries, setting a new benchmark for green, intelligent battery recycling.
Traditional wet lithium battery separation consumes massive water and requires complicated wastewater treatment. It raises operating costs and environmental risks for recycling plants, making it hard to meet stricter global carbon and environmental regulations. Our engineering team optimized physical crushing, air classification and high-voltage electrostatic separation. We developed a full dry separation workflow with zero wastewater discharge and precise material classification.
The new generation dry-type lithium battery separation equipment has three core technical strengths:
Green & Low Carbon: Pure physical separation without chemical additives and zero wastewater output. It meets EU environmental requirements and global carbon neutral goals.
Ultra-high Separation Purity: Optimized air classification and intelligent electrostatic sorting technology. Copper foil, aluminum foil and positive/negative electrode materials reach separation purity above 99%. Valuable metal recovery rate increases by 8%–12%.
Intelligent Continuous Operation: Built-in automatic feeding, real-time monitoring and fault early warning modules support semi-unmanned continuous production. It cuts labor input and lifts overall production capacity by over 30%.
This innovation fills the gap of high-efficiency dry separation solutions in the global lithium battery recycling industry and improves both economic and environmental returns for recyclers. The mature technology is available in our standard equipment range. We also offer custom layout design for different battery types: power batteries, energy storage batteries and consumer lithium batteries, adapting to small pilot lines and large-scale industrial plants.
As global battery recycling moves toward standardized, high-quality development, green physical separation technology will become a key competitive advantage. We will continue R&D iteration on lithium battery separation equipment to help global customers achieve low-cost, high-yield and eco-friendly waste lithium battery recycling.
